Mr. Charles Ray Thedford, age 87 of Pittsburg, TX passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022, in Pittsburg, TX. He was born March 28, 1935, to Ruby Thedford and Gladys Green in Camp County, Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Virgie Thedford; Daughter, Denice and husband Keith Bednar; grandchildren, Scotty Alpha, Bo Reaves, Melissa Alpha-Reeves, Kathy Landers; great-grandchildren, Amberly and husband Chris Gaines, Jett Reeves, Jagger Reeves, Randal Landers, Dylan Landers, MaKenna Landers; great-great-grandchildren, Caden Gaines and MyKell Howard.

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Virginia Nell Alpha; brothers, Leon Thedford, Royce Thedford, Junior Thedford; sisters, Mildred Austin and Jeanette Harrel.

A Memorial Service will be held at Matinburg Cemetery on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at 11 AM.
